Text Box: Flatfoot - A conceptual design for a space saving car foot pump. Using multiple ’finger’ cylinders instead of the usual single large one enabled the aluminium and pressed steel body to fit into a car boot more effectively. The innovative dial used ‘moiré patterns’ to provide a visual indication of when the selected pressure was reached.
